Blue Thunder was a 1968 Camaro SS monster truck owned and driven by Kirk Dabney out of Fayetteville, North Carolina and competed primarily in the 1980's. Despite its name and design, this truck has no relation to FELD Motorsports' Blue Thunder, however, it is possible that FELD's Blue Thunder may have been derived from this one.
